What kinds of foods should we eat according to Ayurveda?
Moving into Vasanta Rutu, the Spring season, Ayurveda teaches us to eat in alignment with not only our unique constitution, but the current season as well. Learn what it means to eat according to the current season and practice a few simple, staple recipes that can be easily prepared and eaten regularly to maintain a healthy equilibrium of the bodily Doshas as we move into the warmer months of Spring.
In Ayurveda, food is the ultimate medicine. Eating according to our own unique constitution and present state of imbalance is key to achieving perfect health, stable mind, and connection with our spirit.
Food IS consciousness, and when we add awareness to the whole process of cooking, food can become our medicine.
Come learn, cook, eat, and enjoy the delicious tastes of Ayurvedic cooking.
