Learn the art of Ayurvedic Cooking for Autumn through simple recipes that can be made and enjoyed by everyone!
Fall is a time to cleanse the dry HEAT of summer from the body and mind, while starting to consume more unctuous (think healthy fats), warm, well-cooked, spiced, and grounding foods as we transition into the COLD of winter. Lets prepare for a well balanced Autumn together by learning a few basic, delicious, and healing recipes!
In Ayurveda, food is the ultimate medicine. Eating according to our own unique constitution and present state of imbalance is key to achieving perfect health, stable mind, and connection with our spirit.
Food IS consciousness, and when we add awareness to the whole process of cooking, food can become our medicine.
Come learn, cook, eat, and enjoy the delicious tastes of Indian cooking.
Space is limited to 5 people- register today!
