Learn the art of Ayurvedic Cooking for Autumn through simple recipes that can be made and enjoyed by everyone!
In this class we will learn and apply Ayurvedic principles of cooking to seasonal foods with an Italian inspired flare.
In Ayurveda, food is the ultimate medicine. Eating according to our own unique constitution and present state of imbalance is key to achieving perfect health, stable mind, and connection with our spirit.
Food IS consciousness, and when we add awareness to the whole process of cooking, food can become our medicine.
Come learn, cook, eat, and enjoy the delicious tastes of Indian cooking.

About the Teachers
Natalie Maharjan is a NAMA certified Ayurvedic Practitioner, who studied under the great master Dr. Vasant Lad at The Ayurvedic Institute in Albuquerque, NM as well as his school in Pune, India. She offers Ayurvedic consultations and treatments in Ventura, CA at Purnamaya Ayurveda & Sound Healing Center.
Sujan Maharjan trained as a chef in Nepal before working 4 years at an Annapurna's, an Ayurvedic restaurant in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Sujan serves fresh, delicious, and well balanced Ayurvedic food daily upon request for the clients at Purnamaya Ayurveda & Sound Healing Center in Ventura, CA.
