In this class we will explore different Ayurvedic healing remedies, routines, and techniques to help calm the nervous system and pacify the mind in order to find relief of insomnia, and everyday stress.
In this course we will explore:
• Ahara- The effects of food and sensory stimulus on the mind
• Dinacharya- Daily rituals and routines that can nourish the mind
• Snehanam- Benefit of oil on the body and mind.
• Meditation & Pranayama- Using the breath as a vehicle to calm the mind
