Madhura Rasa or Svadu are the Sanskrit words for our favorite SWEET taste. Composed of Water + Earth elements, this taste is heavy, unctuous, oily, cooling, grounding, nourishing, lubricating, aphrodesiac, building & strengthening... all the qualities and aspects of LOVE.

Want to feel like your actually DIGESTING your desert, and not feeling so heavy afterwards?

Want to create a more healthy relationship with your sweet cravings?

Join me in enlivening your sensory faculties in this flavorful, aromatic experience while learning how to apply key Ayurvedic principles so that we can create digestible, nutritious, and delicious gourmet deserts just in time for the holiday season.

In Ayurveda, food is the ultimate medicine. Eating according to our own unique constitution and present state of imbalance is key to achieving perfect health, stable mind, and connection with our spirit.

Food IS consciousness, and when we add awareness to the whole process of cooking, food can become our medicine.

Come learn, cook, eat, and enjoy the delicious tastes of Ayurvedic cooking.

Space is limited to 7 people- register today!
