About the Event
Come to disconnect from the stress of our everyday life, and reconnect to the bliss that lies within each and every one of us. When we meditate together, our practice becomes more powerful, and our focus much deeper.
Bring a cushion or pillow to sit on and an open heart.
Hot tea will be provided. You are welcome to join in and leave at anytime during the hour, as long as you are mindful of the meditators.
