In this class we will explore different Ayurvedic healing remedies, routines, and techniques to help calm the nervous system and pacify the mind in order to find relief of insomnia, and everyday stress.
This class will cover:

• Teas, herbs, essential oils and herbal oils for promoting deep sleep
• Daily & nightly rituals and routines that can calm & quiet the mind
• The benefits of herbal oil on the body and mind.
• Meditation & Pranayama- Using minfulness and the breath as a vehicle to calm the mind
