About the Event

 In our busy and fast-paced lives, we often forget to breathe and prioritize calming the mind. In this workshop we will learn prānāyāma, breathing techniques, to harness the breath and practice guided meditation to help quiet the mind, creating a deep sense of connection with our highest self, which is the ultimate aim of yoga. In the last hour of the workshop we will be able to fully experience the effects of the prānāyāma and meditation techniques with a relaxing sound bath using Tibetan singing bowls. We hope to guide you in a meaningful and educational experience on cultivating tools and techniques to deepen your spiritual journey.

Sujan Maharjan is a classically trained Singing Bowl Therapist from Nepal.

Natalie Maharjan is a registered Yoga teacher and Ayurvedic Practitioner.
