About the Event

On this sacred full day retreat, which aligns perfectly with the Spring Equinox, we invite you to honor and re-align with the highest version of yourself with the changing seasons. Using the ancient sister sciences of Yoga & Ayurveda we will learn, practice and explore a wide range of tools & techniques to help reset the body & mind while re-connecting with spirit. Devoting a full day to learning and practicing together, we will allow space for rejuvenating rest, stillness and remembrance of the innate ability of the body to achieve balance, harmony and radiant health.

During the retreat we will explore:

  • Guided Meditation
  • Breathing exercises
  • Gentle Yoga Asana
  • Mantra & Chanting for healing
  • Ayurvedic lecture & discussion
  • Ayurvedic Cooking demonstrations & mindful eating
  • Demonstration & practice of Ayurvedic healing daily routines
  • Mindfulness walk on the beach
  • Opportunities for group discussion, journalling, self-reflection, and time & space to go inwards

About the Facilitators

Natalie Wohlstadter- NAMA certified Ayurvedic Practitioner, Natalie studied under the guidance of Dr. Vasant Lad at The Ayurvedic Institute and spent extensive time living and practicing in India & Nepal—the land of Ayurveda & Yoga. Owner & founder of Purnamaya Ayurveda, Natalie offers Ayurvedic consultations and treatments in both Santa Fe, NM and Ventura, CA

Zarah Kravitz- is a Certified Ayurvedic Practitioner under the guidance of Dr. Vasant Lad, as well as, a Certified Hatha Dharma Yoga Teacher trained in the linage of Sri Dharma Mittra. She has spent the last 14 years dedicating her life to serving others by leading Yoga and Ayurveda classes, workshops, retreats, consultations and trainings in the USA, Colombia, Mexico, and Ecuador.
